COFFEE ROASTING COURSE
The Coffee Roasting Course is available to coffee professionals looking to transition into or expand their understanding of the world of coffee roasting, and will build upon information and skills that demonstrate your competence as a professional specialty coffee roaster.
This course is the first of two levels on coffee roasting offered at the Coffee Science Center and aims to share knowledge on the fundamental principles of coffee roasting through focused teaching. Training begins with familiarizing oneself with green coffee bean (GCB) characteristics, knowing the proper operation and maintenance of coffee roasting machines, and next comes the exciting part – learning how to achieve roast profiles.
