Romm is a homegrown Coffee Specialist and a seasoned barista. After working in several corporate coffees, Romm shifted to coffee processing and roasting. He is now working on coffee farming activities to complete his coffee value-chain experience.
John brings with him his passion for coffee, and an extensive experience in community development work after holding various positions in private, non-government, and government organizations. A leading practitioner in the field of socio-economic and cultural studies, he shares invaluable insights on community development approaches, and the impacts of different coffee trade models on communities at coffee origin - and, the entire coffee value chain in general.
Started his career in the food industry working in the kitchen line, Nikki later found his passion in coffee and has since moved on to the bar. Now a Certified Barista and coffee roaster, Nikki shares his experience working on flavor profiles and enhancing sensory skills.

A Certified Master Barista and Tea Specialist. Joy has established a successful career in the coffee retail industry. She is a veteran of the Barista World Championship, and has also won numerous barista competitions in Asia and the Middle East. She is now pursuing her passion for continuing coffee education.

BS Agriculture and MSc. Environmental Science graduate of the University of the Philippines Los Banos, and Researcher at Yale-NUS College, Singapore. Ana is an experienced development worker, and a leading expert in the fields of Sustainable Agriculture, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
